These Terms of Service constitute the agreement (the “Agreement”) between Bitnetix Incorporated, a New York corporation (“we,” “us” or “Bitnetix”), and the user (“you,” “user” or “Customer”) of our SmartVox℠ hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) communications services and any related products or services (“SmartVox” or “Service”).
