Our standard rates are as follows:

Hourly Rate

• $75.00 per hour
• Billed in quarter hour increments

Pre-Paid (retainer) Services

• Minimum of ten hours required
• $75 per hour for the first 10 hours
• $70 per hour for the next 10 hours (11-20)
• $65 per hour for the next 30 hours (21-50)
• $60 per hour for the next 50 (51-100)
• $55 per hour for any additional hours (101+)
• Additional hours may be purchased at the beginning of each month (retainer extension)

Project (SOW)

A Statement Of Work (SOW) will be defined for each project that details what will be done, who will do it, when it will be completed by, and how much it will cost.  Since each SOW is customized to the client and the specific task(s), each one is billed individually.  Project billing rates are based on the expected amount of time it will take and the complexity of the project.  In general, tasks which are suitable to be defined by a SOW will be cheaper than performing the same work as a collection of billable hours.

Outsourcing (Staff Augmentation)

Staff augmentation, outsourcing, contracting, sub-contracting...All of these things describe a situation where a Bitnetix consultant is on the clien's site on a long-term basis, typically working a normal 40-hour work week.  Contracting services are offerred at reduced rates below our standard hourly consulting rates, and since contracts are typically for an extended period of time, they are cheaper than purchasing hours in advance on retainer.  A contract will be drawn up between all parties that lists what the details of the assignment are, the timeframes, who will provide what services, how payment will be made, and so forth.  Like a project, there is a fair amount of up-front work that needs to take place to put a contract in place.

Other Expenses

• Equipment & Software - Bitnetix will do its best to provide the best equipment and software required at the best possible rates.  Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the client is responsible for reimbursing Bitnetix for these expenditures.
• Mileage - Bitnetix pays for the first 60 miles to visit a client's site, and the first 60 miles to return from a client's site.  The client pays $1.00 per mile thereafter.
• Meals and lodging - If the work requires travel, lodging, tolls, etc., the client will reimburse Bitnetix for the actual expenses.
• Actual fees may vary and are based on agreement between Bitnetix and the client.
