We will provide you with new VOIP telephones¹, a new PBX server² (more on that in a moment), brand new phone numbers³ (or port existing ones) and free calling to the United States and Canada⁴ for less than the typical cost of just the telephone lines from a traditional phone company!^*  You may not know what a PBX is or what VOIP means (Voice Over IP, which basically means your voice over your office network), so here are just some of the capabilities of your new phone system:

• Route incoming calls to any extension or set of extensions based on:
  • Time of day
  • Number called
  • Caller's phone number
  • Status of a button on someone's phone (day/night mode)
  • Lots of other options!
• Integrated voice mail system with internal forwarding, call back numbers, and the ability to send voice mails as email attachments
• Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems (voice menus)

This is truly a large-business class phone system at a small-business class price. The phone server itself is no bigger than a netbook computer and can usually be mounted or situated near your existing networking equipment such as your Internet router, switch, firewall, and other equipment. With such a small footprint, it consumes little power and generates little heat making it perfect for a small office. Plus, Bitnetix will work with you the entire time to ensure that you have an adequate Internet connection, the proper network settings, and the features you need.

A typical business phone line with voice mail, three way calling, call forwarding, and other standard services easily costs $50 or more per month. That doesn't include equipment and it generally doesn't include usage. Long distance and metered calling rates can easily make a single phone line cost $100, $150, or more per month. Even if you only pay $50 per phone line now, including all monthly charges, usage, taxes, and fees, three phone lines will cost you $150 per month. Our system not only gives you more features, more control, and more capabilities, but it saves you money. Even our entry level system costs less than this per month, and Bitnetix will pay all sales taxes, use taxes, FCC taxes, Enhanced 911 service fees, Universal Service Fund Recovery fees, and anything else that you normally see on a phone bill on behalf of you, our client. You pay nothing other than our per month charge!

Perhaps the best part of all is that when your contract is up, you own this equipment! This is not a lease. These are your phones and this is your server. If you choose to continue phone service with Bitnetix, your service will be changed to the service plan that fits your usage patterns and needs at the time. If you choose to go with someone else, you can rest assured that you have industry standard equipment that can operate with many other devices for years to come and is not proprietary in any way.

^*Requires a two year contract.. Phones and server become property of the client once the contract is up. Client is owner of any phone numbers ported or obtained through this promotion with Bitnetix listed as an authorized agent on behalf of the client. Additional charges may be incurred for services or equipment purchases such as (but not limited to) network equipment, network configuration, routers, switches, cabling, and power over ethernet equipment. ²IP PBX server requires broadband or other dedicated internet access. Bitnetix does not provide internet access and is not responsible for maintaining client's internet service but is responsible for maintaining IP PBX server, software, and security.

³Telephone numbers may not be available in all areas. Existing numbers can be used in most cases by "porting" the number, but not all numbers are portable. A $25.00 fee applies to each number ported. Toll-free numbers are not eligible as inbound numbers for this promotion but can be included as an add-on with any of our VOIP offerings.

⁴Minutes per month includes combined inbound and outbound calling to/from the US and Canada at no additional charge. Outbound toll-free numbers are not applied towards this limit. Calls above this limit will be billed at the rate of two cents per minute. International calls vary based on destination and type of phone (land line or mobile) and will be billed at our very competitive current rates.
